There are lots of instructions online...and here's the one I used: http://www.puresweetjoy.com/diy-paper-pinwheel-cupcake-toppers-tutorial/ I used a 3" x 3" square, and I attached them to the sticker stick with Tear & Tape. It didn't matter to me if they spun or not. Also, I use the 1/16" hole punch for the outer holes, and the 1/8" handheld punch for the middle one. I hope this helps you!
