Because I've been under the weather I hadn't had a chance to ink up my BSN (brand spanking new) Dragonfly Dreams Stamp Set yet...so I busted it out for this card...
because the sentiment was perfect for the day! And then...because every day is a special day when we're celebrating a friend...I put together this sweet little Mini Treat Bag to go with it.
