Making a Wish...and Some Guacamole!

Avocados seem to be good and plenty right now, so I took advantage and whipped up a batch of my favorite guacamole recipe from the best cookbook on earth - The Barefoot Contessa Cookbook.  Ina taught me how to cook simpler and with more flavor...and no, we're not really on a first name basis, but I feel like we should be.  We've been together for a long time.  :)  I couldn't resist snapping and sharing a photo before it's devoured.
