this pink rooster: 13 Days of Halloween

Our grandsons spend a lot of time here, and I'm always looking for fun treats for them. We have a common interest in treats, those grandsons and I...I like making treats, and they like eating them! Kind of a match made in heaven!

Milk and cookies are perfect for any treat occasion...and they're especially special with a little Halloween twist. I found these adorable little milk bottles at Michael's...just what I was looking for...for $1.99. We've spent a lot of time lately talking about Jack-o-lanterns so I added this fun paper...and cool straws...to the mix. A bit of black string is perfect for boys...which I know Timothy will remove and add to his "collection".

I always take tons of pics for the boys' special times...like fun treats...and we've started a Project Life by Stampin' Up! book just for those times. They love helping to choose photos and cards, and the journaling is often their comments. Timothy is writing so well now...and he's able to write a bit of journaling himself. Documenting these times are not only a super fun project for us to do together, but they LOVE looking at it...over and over again.
